This unique workshop is dedicated to all Teachers Primary & Senior to give them exercises and tips to help young people cope with the stress of important academic exams, school pressure, friendship and more. This two hour workshop will give Teachers the tools to fully prepare and mentor their students through breath work, visualisation, mindfulness, Yin Yoga exercises and much much more !!!
